03 / IN A FEW WORDS

The character. The world.
The person behind it.

Taa’Zhu — short introduction

Taa’Zhu is an alien operative on the Moon, assessing Earth for invasion—until Tupac’s music gets under his skin. His official reports and private obsession tell two very different stories.

Taa’Zhu — a closer look

Taa’Zhu is a RWADAU original: a series of short vertical films called Logs, built around Tupac’s music. Stationed on the Moon to assess Earth for invasion, Taa’Zhu turns songs into solemn intelligence reports. Then the music takes over, revealing the devoted fan behind the operative. Visual storytelling, layered humour and musical references reward close listening and repeat viewing. Found-footage versions are appearing on RWADAU’s social channels; the original Logs are available for preview while collaborators are sought for their public release.

RWADAU

RWADAU means “Reasons Why Aliens Don’t Annihilate Us.” It is a brand and platform for music curation through storytelling, visual arts and recurring alien characters. Taa’Zhu is one of its creative worlds.

Alassane DEME

Alassane DEME is the creator and creative director behind RWADAU and Taa’Zhu. He brings music curation, storytelling and visual arts together in character-led work, using AI tools within a human-directed creative process.

Years later. A new point of view.

Taa’Zhu’s public introduction began on 13 September 2026, thirty years after Tupac Shakur’s death. The soft launch runs from September to December 2026, opening a longer conversation around the music.
